Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from time of order. During high demand times (holidays, sale events, or new releases), processing times may be longer (up to a week). Items are generally shipped via USPS 2-day Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS ground if applicable.

Once an order has been processed an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email listed on the order. Additional shipping updates will continue to be sent to the email address on file until the shipment is delivered.

International shipping rates do not include any taxes, duties, or fees which may be imposed by the destination country. Prior to final delivery, you may be contacted to pay these additional fees. Once the shipments has left the United States, we cannot guarantee any additional tracking information other than what is provided on the shipment tracking link provided upon shipment confirmation.
